Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and utilising the services of Advance Foam Removal Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Advance Foam Removal Ltd provides specialist spray foam extraction, loft clearing, and insulation replacement services. All services are subject to an initial site survey. We reserve the right to refuse service if the property is deemed unsafe or if the structural integrity of the roof is severely compromised prior to our intervention.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding your property and the existing insulation.
  • Ensure our team has safe, unobstructed access to the property and the loft space during the agreed working hours.
  • Secure any necessary permissions, permits, or party-wall agreements required for the work to commence.
  • Remove personal belongings and valuables from the loft area prior to the commencement of work.

4. Quotes and Payments

Following a site survey, we will provide a formal, written quotation. This quote is valid for 30 days. Work will only commence once the quote is formally accepted. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your quote. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is due upon completion of the works and the issuance of your certification. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with UK law.

5. Warranties and Liability

We warrant that all removal services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill by certified professionals. While we strive for 100% extraction, the nature of spray foam means minor aesthetic residue may remain on timber, which does not affect mortgageability. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to the roof structure hidden by the foam, such as rot or degraded felt, discovered during the removal process.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
